Project One | Industry Leading Legal Firm
Our lead engineers designed and installed a solution for a site of over 700 users,
consisting of over 700 IP devices, scope for over 200 analogue devices, an ACD call
centre environment for 150 agents, and full site resiliency which also included full trunk
failover resiliency for 3 ISDN30 trunk circuits. The overall solution then required to be
integrated onto the client’s existing clustered network of over 7000 users, an Enterprise/OpsManager network of over 30 nodes.

Project Two | Leading Manufacturer Services Company
This relatively small project in comparison required a solution for 55 users, of which 40
users were UK office-based and 15 users were home-based but located abroad. As part
of the installation our engineers programmed and installed a 3300 ICP, Your Assistant,
Mobile Extension and Mitel Teleworker. The UK office-based users also required Hot
Desking, and an Operator Console for their reception desk.

Project Three | Leading Environmental Services Company
This single site installation is an example of the many smaller projects we undertake. The
client required a fresh install for a new administration block of 20 users, encompassing
ISDN2 circuits, embedded voicemail and some tailored key appearance functions.

Project Four | Formula One Race Team
Migration from a Nortel TDM PBX to a 3300 ICP platform, this site of 400 users required 3
controllers clustered together with an Enterprise/OpsManager, 100 plus IP Dect handsets,
a 6510 Voicemail and a Speak@Ease server. One of the 3300 controllers was set up in
a trackside mobile unit so the team could communicate over IP back to HQ. International
travel was a requirement.

Project Five | International Oil & Gas Company
This multi-site global company invested its money in a complete Mitel solution, which
included multiple 3300 ICPs with full user resiliency. Add-on applications were Enterprise/OpsManager, 6510 Unified Messaging, 6100 Call Centre, Teleworker to
support all sites, Speak@Ease and Your Assistant. International travel was a
requirement.
