Fairford introduce new download section for Mitel IP handset inlay cards on the 5312 & 5324 models

Fairford is pleased to announce the introduction of their new inlay card download section on their website. This new section will allow end clients to have an unlimited supply of replacement inlay cards for the 5312 & 5324 Mitel IP handsets. In addition, it has the functionality to allow the end client to digitally edit each key label with its own description – so no more hard to read messy handwriting. Director Will Fairclough comments, “it’s a simple but effective way to enhance the customer experience of their new handset. Quick and easy key appearance labels that can be easily edited and reprinted over and over again. Fantastic.”

Fairford move to new offices

Fairford have moved offices to bigger premises to accommodate their new Test Laboratory facility. Staying in Castle Donington, they haven’t moved far. A short walk down the road to the impressive Millhouse Business Centre, a restored Grade I listed building, for director David Tilford was all it took to make up his mind.

“It has all the facilities we need to house our Test Lab, we were very impressed by renovations of this old building.”

Director Will Fairclough had this to add,

“We were sad to leave the Old Vicarage, but we are very excited about our new premises.”
